Fill out the form below and a senior QWUST project consultant will reach out within one business day to schedule your complimentary consultation — either at our office, your project site, or via video call.
Our initial consultations typically run 60–90 minutes. We use this time to understand your vision, review any existing drawings or site information, and provide a preliminary assessment of feasibility, timeline, and cost range. There is no obligation, no sales pressure, and no charge.
Yes. While New York City is our home market, QWUST holds general contractor licenses in New York State, New Jersey, and Connecticut. We regularly work in Westchester, Nassau, Suffolk (The Hamptons), Greenwich, and other surrounding markets. For very large commercial projects, we evaluate national opportunities on a case-by-case basis.
For new construction and full renovation projects, our typical minimum engagement is approximately $500,000 in construction value. For specialized services such as standalone structural engineering or owner's representation, there is no minimum project size. Please contact us and we'll let you know honestly whether we're the right fit for your scope.
QWUST operates on an open-book basis. We provide detailed, itemized cost estimates and share all subcontractor bids with our clients. Change orders only arise when the scope of work genuinely changes — not to recover underpriced items or create margin that wasn't in the original contract. Every potential change order is discussed with the client before any work is performed.
QWUST manages all DOB filings, permit applications, and regulatory coordination. Our in-house expediting team has processed over 1,800 permit applications and maintains established relationships with every relevant New York City regulatory body. You will never have to chase a permit or attend a DOB hearing — we handle all of it as part of our standard service.
All QWUST projects include a minimum 1-year general contractor warranty on all work performed, a 2-year warranty on building systems, and we pass through all manufacturer warranties on products and equipment. For new construction, we also provide a 10-year structural warranty. Our after-care team conducts formal warranty inspections at 30 days, 6 months, and 12 months post-completion.
