A landmark 6,200 sq ft new-construction single-family townhouse on one of Manhattan's most coveted blocks. The brief called for a home that would feel both monumental and intimate — a rare combination that our team achieved through the careful articulation of a hand-laid limestone facade, a soaring five-story glass atrium, and meticulously proportioned living spaces that flow from formal to casual with effortless grace. The private rooftop garden — a 900 sq ft oasis above the city — features a chef's outdoor kitchen and 360° skyline views. Delivered three weeks ahead of schedule.

A 24-story, 340,000 sq ft mixed-use tower delivering Class A office floors, ground-level retail, and a rooftop observatory lounge. The project demanded the highest level of structural engineering and phased construction management to minimize disruption in one of Manhattan's busiest corridors. Our team self-performed the concrete superstructure, coordinated 38 subcontractors, and delivered the building fully occupied and on a 26-month timeline — a record for projects of this complexity in Midtown. The curtain wall facade, featuring triple-glazed high-performance glass, is now one of the most photographed new additions to the NYC skyline.

A 10,800 sq ft oceanfront masterpiece built on a pristine Southampton lot with direct Atlantic frontage. The estate encompasses seven bedroom suites, a signature spa wing with an indoor-outdoor pool, a private dock with boathouse, a detached four-car garage, and a full smart-home ecosystem controlling every system from climate to cinema. Every material was sourced for both beauty and resilience — white oak floors, Venetian plaster walls, hand-forged iron hardware, and a geothermal HVAC system invisible beneath the manicured grounds. Elara Estate appeared in Architectural Digest six months after completion.

Few renovation projects demand the delicacy required when working inside a 19th-century SoHo cast-iron building. Our client — a celebrated fashion designer — wanted a 4,200 sq ft loft that honored the building's industrial bones while functioning as a world-class private residence and occasional editorial studio. We stripped the space to structure, engineered new floor plates, and reintroduced bespoke elements: hand-glazed brick columns, custom-fabricated steel Crittall windows, a kitchen island carved from a single slab of Calacatta marble, and a library with floor-to-ceiling blackened steel shelving. The result is both archive and home — and a testament to what's possible when old bones meet bold vision.

A landmark 1920s pre-war cooperative on Central Park West required a comprehensive gut renovation that would satisfy the building's landmarks preservation committee while delivering a thoroughly modern home for a family of five. Our historic preservation specialists worked in tandem with our renovation crew — restoring original plaster medallions, mahogany paneling, and herringbone oak floors while concealing entirely new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the walls. New features include a showpiece chef's kitchen, a home theater, and a wellness suite with steam room and infrared sauna. The landmarks committee cited the project as a model of preservation-conscious renovation.

A 12-unit boutique luxury condominium development rising from a historic Brooklyn Heights lot with harbor views. Each residence was designed and built with the bespoke attention you'd expect in a custom home — floor-to-ceiling glazing, custom millwork, marble baths, and private outdoor spaces. The building's compact footprint demanded innovative structural solutions that our engineering team delivered without compromising a single square inch of livable space. All 12 units sold before the building topped out — a testament to the market's confidence in QWUST's product. The penthouse triplex sold for $7.4M, setting a new price-per-square-foot record for the neighborhood.

An adaptive reuse masterpiece: a decommissioned 1940s Red Hook warehouse transformed into 280,000 sq ft of creative office, production studio, and waterfront retail space. The project required structural reinforcement of the existing concrete skeleton, the insertion of a dramatic central atrium punched through four floors, and the careful restoration of the building's industrial facade. Our team managed the complex logistics of working within a designated flood zone — incorporating innovative waterproofing systems and elevated mechanical equipment that meet the most stringent NYC resilience guidelines. Harbor View is now fully leased and has become the anchor of Red Hook's creative economy.

A 14-acre private compound in Scarsdale built over 36 months for a private equity executive and his family. The 9,400 sq ft main residence is accompanied by a 2,200 sq ft guest house, a regulation squash court, an indoor pool pavilion, a private vineyard with production cellar, and a 6-car garage with EV infrastructure throughout. The entire compound is powered by a ground-mounted solar array and a battery storage system that renders it fully grid-independent. The landscape — designed in collaboration with a Bali-based garden architect — features native plantings, koi ponds, and a meditation garden that winds through a managed bamboo grove.

A 16-story, 220,000 sq ft commercial and hospitality tower in the heart of the Financial District. The project was notable for its compressed 20-month schedule — driven by a pre-negotiated tenant occupancy deadline — which demanded exceptional planning, prefabrication of major MEP components, and the simultaneous operation of multiple construction crews across 12 active floors. The building houses a full-service hotel on floors 10–16 and premium office suites below, with a ground-floor market hall that has since become a neighborhood landmark. Pinnacle Plaza earned an ENR New York Best Project Award in the Commercial/Retail category.
